Subject to the terms of sale, especially such terms dealing with the product descriptions and images, any product purchased through the use of our website may be returned due to it being damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is damaged, faulty or not what your ordered, provided we are notified of such problem within 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the product to you.
Any product returned will only be replaced if it is still in its original condition, including packaging, labels and tags.
In order to return a product, please contact us through the website or by using either one of the email addresses reflected on the Contact Page of this website. We will thereafter arrange for a courier to collect the product from you and resend the correct product in return, at our cost.
If, for any reason, we are unable to replace your product within 30 (Thirty) days of you informing us of the faulty product, we will collect the faulty product and refund you the amount that you paid to us in respect of such product.
